So many times, I catch myself just after a thought, a judgement of someone else with a reminder 🙃 🙂 to go deep within and heal all those un loved parts which still sees things as right and wrong; good and bad; in contrast.

Something within us has the capacity to forgive what we feel unforgivable, to accept something so unacceptable.

This point of observation where all things happen and yet remain open is the 🔑 beginning of true love.
Love is expansion.

I am being guided to organize a beautiful retreat for "Purification of heart" and we Will chiefly employ all the processes to bring open our vulnerabilities and to help step into out next point of ascension.

What exactly are we waking up each day for ?

Being alive is a big blessing. And that realisation will help us to look at everything around with different eyes and perspective. It will also infuse this child like totality to our each experience.

In such totality, we get some glimpses of what lies on the other side of life. After all, it is a natural process of every living being. Right ?

Hence each day when we wake up we can allow our mind to feel the body, our body to feel the mind, our body to feel emotions and our emotions to feel our body. When all three are in synchronicity, we experience a rush of energy that can then be utilized for many things- mundane or otherwise. But the taste of peace stays on.
This is the reason why work of consciosuness is of utmost importance.

Importance of your space.

Space or ether is an extremely potent medium for exchange of energy. In essence, all elements are held in this 'akasha'. When we start tuning out being to listen and see this in and around, so much information is available of many realms.

An important channel of golden light shower has the vibration to lead us to he purified state of being which is why many people refer to this in the meditation.

Once we are able to see sound and hear colours, universe is a magical space. ✨

There is a sacredness of every moment. Purification is a very important process for evolution. When women come together in deep friendship, there is a beautiful blossoming of space around them for birthing new creations.

Women feel and express as Earth. We also have the expanse of sky. We have the ability of alchemy naturally in our wombs placed as a blessing. With or without manifestation of procreation, each woman is a seed of productivity. When she feels nourished and safe, she decides to open up her spirit and strength in which all and everything is left transformed.

When you find two women deeply loving each other as friends and sisters, know that you are already in space of deep magic.

The person we know ourselves to be is in constant evolution and we can only grow to accept this ever changing new vibration when we LISTEN.
Truly listening calls for cessation of activities. Cessation of all things known to us in active state.

This silence that has all molecules of sound and dynamism reveal a different dimension of truth that is encompassing all truths.

It is a very important freedom we allow ourselves. The choice of being in the position to listen to our inner voice to produce alchemy.

Places of 🔋 power and our receptivity.

In yoga, there is no space for illusions. All abilities are a natural by product of physics of nature. And we focus more on our internal processes than getting entangled with illusions.

Places of power allow one to go deep into this process and cleanse our inner eye so that heart pulsates to the vibrations of reality that is all encompassing and yet unattainable in the physical.

In our daily lives, there are many triggers there waiting to bring awareness to so many parts of our healing.

When the maturity of soul becomes more easy going, the resolute behavioir softens and self love ❤ arises.

The continuing question is when to stay silent and when to take a stance and when to draw your boundary.

In all the circumstances, the common factor is how are your feelings. If you are feeling burdened, take a stance. If you are feeling too overwhelmed, pause or silence before the decision and if you want to draw the boundary, be ready to withdraw your energy without giving justification.

Self love is not selfish. It is a very precise tool to open yourself to safety and Vulnerability. Choose your feelings. Be in tune with it. And when there is anything excess, always a good idea to 🧘‍♂️ with a powerful sound healing.

And till the time I recognize and release that tension, these outside realities just keep appearing as challenges. 😛

Today, I want to bring to you excerpts from Totakashtakam.

This hymn has an interesting story behind it. There used to be a student of Adi Shankara called Giri. He was very devoted and hard-working but was also very dull in studies. One day he had gone to the riverbank to wash the master's clothes. Adi Shankara did not start his morning class that day even though the other students were assembled, and waited for Giri to come back.
One of the Guru's senior disciples, Padmapada, asked the Guru as to why the class had been delayed. Adi Shankara replied that he was waiting for Giri to start his lesson. On hearing this, Padmapada commented-" O Revered one, why do you waste time teaching Giri? Teaching him is as good as teaching a wall." The master smiled.
Adi Shankara had always admired Giri, so he prayed to Sri Sarada to grant him knowledge and wisdom with divine will. He transferred his knowledge to Giri at that very moment with his powers. At the bank, Giri suddenly had a bolt of electricity strike him and his countenance changed with the bright light of knowledge. Overwhelmed with gratitude, Giri came running to the master, fell at his feet, and composed these verses spontaneously in praise of him. The verses he composed were set to the Totaka meter and this earned him the name Totaka. Due to his erudition, he was referred to as Totakacharya

Meaning of the verse :

O one who has obtained the nectar-ocean of all the shastras! O treasure of the great wealth of the Upanishad! I worship your pure feet in my heart. O Teacher Shankara! Be my refuge.

The element of Akasha. Ether.

The expanse of this element cannot be measured or understood under the microscope of mundane mind.

You have to be able to step out of your perception of stuffing everything into one being, in this case, you and I.

Imagine a porous container in a huge space. What is in space also goes through the container. Isn't it?
Like that, our physical being is in the ether. We are an integral part of it.

With the right quietude of mind, projections stop. Allegations stop. Complaints stop. Resentment stops. When all the inequilibrium settles down, what gets left behind is Akasha element in us.

This is also a very powerful healing direction. All miracles happen. All things are seen, understood and embraced here.

What a beautiful space, isn't it ?

Prayer of gratitude.
Everytime I want to pray and I feel I am infront of Devi or Deva (goddess or God) I feel stupid. 😐

Yes!

It is as if I am trying to acquaint Sun ☀️ with light. I get a glimpse of transcendental peace that reminds me that all the things I feel are already known and have been resolved and yet I make my plea as if it were a habit. An unconscious habit to ask.

Then another thought emerges. That it is for my own way of feeling intimate with the divine that this prayer is so effective. And then I plunge deeper just to embrace and lose my presence and make only her presence fill me.
That's it.
It fills me with ❤ love when I can't feel it.
It fills me with gratitude when I could have been hopeless. It fills me with a shifting hope and finally only one wish that makes sense. To be so pure that all that I experience is her love and her expanse.
Nothing else is tempting. Honestly. Isn't it?

Well, love isn't about man woman love. That gets left behind many layers behind when love is experienced purely for its presence. Then the mother, father, friend, pets, trees, rock, earth, universe, so on and so forth the expansion happens where there is no bound and that's when one element permeates into another intertwined.
